The lengendary George Carlin, a personal favourite of mine, passed away in 2008. But he delivered a top class performance for his 14th HBO special in that year. This is the follow-up to his previous HBO special Life is Worth Losing. Carlin had been working on this material since ending his "Life is Worth Losing" Tour. He never lets up during this show, and it seems mad watching it that he would die of heart failure just a few months later.
But he has left us a great body of work, and a few wise words. Thanks bro.
`It`s bad for ya` will hold it`s weight for years to come. There`s been a lot things that have happened since his death that would not surprise George in the least - he`d been shouting about it for years. (He would have some fun with the Murdoch/News International scandal)
